Helstringy is an old time band comprised of North Carolina banjo player, Forrest Oliphant, Arkansas guitarist Mayim Alpert and English fiddler Robbie Sherratt. The Helsinki based trio teach and accompany contra dances. No prior experience is needed to strut your stuff on the dance floor with these easy and fun traditional social dances!
